abc English is a collection of resources to teach foundational literacy skills as well as English language skills. The resources are designed to be clear, engaging, and relevant for adult and adolescent English learners from refugee and immigrant backgrounds, especially for students who have had few or no prior experiences with formal education. About the author: I'm a teacher at heart and have been working full-time with refugee and immigrant adult students for more than 20 years.
