Grounds for Termination without Notice or Refund:
The login system records the frequency and location of login for each account. If system records indicate that an Individual License is being used in clear violation of the agreement above, an Individual License may be terminated without notice and without refund.
- An Individual License authorizes one teacher to use the Online Library resources with their own students. You may not share the login information for an Individual License with others. If more than one teacher needs access, each teacher must acquire their own Individual License, or a group can request a Group License. You can view information about License options at abceng.org/plans.
- A Group License authorizes teachers registered within the group to use the Online Library resources with their own students. Each teacher connected to a Group License will log in with their own email address, not a shared email address.
- Teachers with an active license may display digital resources on a classroom screen or screenshare digital resources during an online lesson. Teachers with an active license may print packets or flashcards for their own students as many times as they wish. For example, a teacher may display a teaching slideshow during a classroom lesson, and print a related packet for each student to keep.
- These are copyrighted resources. Do not share resource links with other teachers or post resource links online where they could be accessed publicly.
